Would love to hear what others are doing to boost their protein intake and make it a sustainable change. I’m aiming for ~ 80g per day but I’m finding it tricky to consistently hit this goal. On the days I hit my target macros, I feel more energized but as a busy working mom it can be a challenge to stay on track.

I can relate!
I feel the difference on the days I hit my protein goal but staying consistent can tricky. One thing that works for me and my family is meal prepping. We try to set aside a few hours every Sunday for this. Not sure how old your kids are but if they are interested in helping, it can make for a fun family activity. A bonus for us is that our kids usually end up eating more of their meals and snacks when they've had a hand in making them!7 -
I met with my coach last week & she gave me a sample 1 week meal plan that aligns with my daily protein goal (along with a few other nutrition goals I have). I did the grocery shopping & some prep for it over the weekend. I’m only halfway through but am enjoying it so far. The prep didn’t take too long & I like the variety of dishes. While it's still early, I’d say I’m feeling more energized this week. It might be worth bringing up at your next appointment!

I have been adding Cottage Cheese to things like, eggs, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, overnight oats and rice and quinoa bowls (for lunch) I find you dont notice it in most things, but helps bump up the protein.

The collagen I take has 9gm of protein per scoop. I take 2 scoops a day. Also protein bars and protein powder help me meet my protein goals.

Thanks for sharing Nancy Brideau-Chouinard!
I hadn’t thought about using collagen powder as a protein source. I'm definitely going to look into this :)
