I haven’t had this happen, but my sister did, and it turned out to be hormone-related. She used a cortisone cream, and it helped a lot!

Totally relate! I started taking digestive enzymes before meals, and that has helped a ton. And, weirdly enough, chewing slower makes a difference for me!
