Girl, sometimes you’ve just got to let yourself have a ‘meh’ day. Wear those comfy pants, binge your favorite show, and know that tomorrow’s a new day to slay.

If you need a light-hearted and hilarious show recommendation, try Abbott Elementary. I’m not joking when I tell you I get a couple belly laughs when watching. It’s also family friendly 😉

I’ve had plenty of those days. What helps me is journaling—getting the heavy stuff out of my head and onto paper. It feels lighter after that. You’ve got this!

You are stronger than you think! Tough days don’t define you, but getting through them sure does. You’ve made it through 100% of your bad days so far—this one is no different.

On my hardest days, I find something small to look forward to. Even if it’s just my favorite snack or a warm bath. Focus on the tiny joys—they make the heavy stuff easier to carry.

One thing that I love is having an active Joy List. I write down everything that brings me joy whether it’s something big like splurging on an item that I have been eyeing for a while to something less obvious like sitting outside in silence (bonus points if the weather is a little crisp). When I’m having a not so great day, I either just look at my list (tends to make me smile just thinking of past times I did things that brought me joy) or I try to do one things I wrote down 😊
