Low energy levels
My energy levels are so low nowadays. I feel like I’m in a fog all the time and it’s hard to keep up with my grandkids. Has anyone found ways to boost energy during menopause without relying on caffeine or medication?

I'll second the intermittent fasting suggestion! I used to get a massive post-meal slump every mid-day after lunch, but lately I've switched it up to a lighter brunch, and then just fruit or veg until I have my massive dinner, at which point if all my energy goes to digestion it's not the end of the world… helps me stay productive during the day, and I sleep better at night, so improved energy and productivity. 0 -
Girl, I feel you. I call it my 'menopause cloud.' I started walking outside every morning, and it’s like my brain actually wakes up! Not perfect, but it helps! 0 -
I found success with intermittent fasting combined with short bursts of exercise. Keeping my blood sugar steady has definitely helped reduce that foggy feeling. 0 -
This was me. I actually went on leave from my job and that is how I found this service. I am now investing in. Wife, mom, manager, housecleaner are all on hold! I started BHRT 2 months ago and I am starting to feel my prior me coming back – I don’t know if is completely the BHRT and supplements or I am finally for the first time ever loving and dedicating some time to me! 0 -
In my culture, we use herbs like ashwagandha to boost energy naturally. I mix it into my tea—it’s calming and gives a gentle boost. 0 -
Second that! I always ensure I have a bottle on hand – this has been amazing staple in my supplement regime. 0 -
I started dancing around the living room with my grandkids—figured if I can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em! It’s either that or I pass out on the couch halfway through 'Frozen. 0 -
Short naps! I used to think naps were lazy, but a 15-minute power nap in the afternoon really recharges me. 0 -
Maybe it’s not about boosting energy, but conserving it. I’ve learned to prioritize myself—rest when needed and not push too hard. 0
