This is new to me. Sounds rough. 🙁 Any new cosmetics? Did you try allergy testing? Are you a vegan? I've heard that Vit A deficiency can cause bumping on the back of the arms… so maybe try upping those carrots? Or cod liver oil if you're brave!

No nothing! Oh never thought of allergy testing have to look into this. Certainly not vegan...love a steak LOL. Will certainly up the carrots as i LOVE them and try the cod liver oil! Not brave but willing to try anything as these are making me self-conscious! Thanks!

That sounds worth bringing up with your clinician on your next appointment. I haven’t had that happen. Is it painful or itchy at all? Make sure not to use any perfumed skin care products or soaps on that area until you see a doc.

Yes I agree! Book an appointment with your primary care clinician to get it checked out :)

I haven’t had this rash, but I know menopause can cause skin problems like dryness and rashes. Maybe try moisturizing more and see if it helps?

Could it be something else like an allergic reaction? Maybe something environmental?

I’ve never had this kind of rash, but my skin has definitely changed with menopause. Anyone else have wings everytime they wave?!

Hmm, I haven’t noticed anything like that myself, but maybe it's worth seeing a dermatologist just to be sure?

I’m going through menopause, but I haven’t had any skin changes. Could it be something else like an allergic reaction? Maybe something environmental?

Yes! My arms started getting bumpy too! It’s so frustrating. I found that using gentle exfoliants and hydrating lotions has really helped.

Same here—small bumps that come and go. I read somewhere that our skin gets more sensitive during menopause. Ask on your next appointment.

I haven’t had this happen, but my sister did, and it turned out to be hormone-related. She used a cortisone cream, and it helped a lot!

Not sure if it’s menopause, but I have noticed more skin sensitivity as I age. It might be good to switch to hypoallergenic products just in case!
