3. Struggling with insomnia and feeling like a zombie. Help!!

I am open to all suggestions! I am so desperate to get good sleep. I wake up every day feeling like I only had my eyes closed for 2 mins... I'm so serious ugh. It’s awful.

Yes! My arms started getting bumpy too! It’s so frustrating. I found that using gentle exfoliants and hydrating lotions has really helped.

3. Vitamin D & Collagen - Recommendations Please!

Amazon - can't find anywhere else that beats the prices!! I like Webber Naturals D3 + K2, and instead of collagen I usually just opt for a plant-based protein powder.
