Fast-absorbing estradiol capsules - have you tried them?
Has anyone tried both the vaginal estradiol capsules and estradiol cream? I'm currently using the cream & recently started reading about the fast-absorbing capsules. I'm curious about how they absorb and whether they might be more effective than the cream. I want to bring this up during my next appointment and would love to hear any personal experiences!

My understanding is that vaginal estradiol is available in inserts, cream and also in rings. I wanted something that provided vaginal and vulval care so I opted for the cream 0 -
Tablet user here! In my experience they are fast dissolving and do end up providing some vulvar coverage as well. And, a little tip that works for me - I wear period underwear (vs liners) to keep things feeling fresh! 0
