Cream/gel application tips please!

Where is everyone applying their cream/gel? I am doing inner thigh, but was wondering if others apply elsewhere?

  I change it up between inner thigh and back of knee. Interested if any other places I can apply – Making note to self to ask my NP on my next appointment and I will share here.

  I just go for the upper arm, but sometimes I feel like I sweat it all off...
