    sanoMidLife Clinical Team

    Hi Julie,

Thank you for inviting the sanoMidLife Clinical Team to this conversation - we’re really glad you did.

Light spotting can be a common and expected response when starting hormone therapy, and for many, it settles as your body adjusts. That said, it’s always important to keep an eye on how you're feeling.

If you experience any of the following:

    • Bleeding heavily (for example, soaking through a pad in under an hour)
    • Severe headaches, nausea, or dizziness
    • Breast lumps, unusual pain, or swelling

Please don’t wait - reach out to us right away at info@sanoliving.ai, or if symptoms are sudden or severe, head to your local walk-in clinic or emergency department to be assessed in person.

In the meantime, the “A Friendly Guide to Starting Hormone Therapy” resource has been added to your patient portal.

We’re here for you every step of the way. If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to reach out to your sanoMidLife team directly - they would be delighted to support you!

    Thank you so much!
