I’ve been there too. Being open and honest with your partner about how you’ve been feeling can help them understand that it’s not their fault and it can create space for a conversation about how you can both make each other feel desired. For me, opening up and having more honest conversations has helped my partner and I lean into new ways of connecting and trying things a bit differently as we navigate this season together.

You're not alone in this. I went through something similar after my hysterectomy. My husband and I started couples therapy with a provider who specializes in sexual health and intimacy. It was a great investment in our relationship. It can be hard to be vulnerable and open about sexual wellness but you are worth it. Kudos to you for prioritizing yourself and your overall health this year! I hope you and your husband find ways to reignite that spark together.

What a wonderful New Year's resolution. It takes courage to open up about this (I’m navigating something similar myself). My ND recommended supplements that are having a positive impact on my libido. It might be worth bringing up at your next appointment. Your sexual wellness is so important - bravo to you for prioritizing it!
