I second the pelvic floor PT suggestion! Also, chatting about your exercise routine during your appointment can be helpful. I found out that heavy weightlifting might make prolapse worse, and some pilates exercises that increase intra-abdominal pressure might not be ideal either. If you move forward with a PT appointment check in about exercise too :) 0
