Try a pelvic floor physiotherapist. My ND recommended one local to me, and honestly it’s been a game-changer. I didn't even know they existed before!

I totally get where you’re coming from - I’ve been there too! I’ve been following the Vagina Coach (Kim) online and just finished her Muff Buff course. I used to wake up several times a night to use the bathroom, but now I’m getting about 7 hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep. It’s made a big difference for me!

My colleague just told me about her. I’m really interested in the Muff Buff course because I’ve had it with always wearing leakproof panties. How long until you noticed results?

I’d Talk to your clinician about this one. I know many of my friends accept this as a perimenopause right of passage, but our bladders and urethras are super estrogen-sensitive, and can weaken with lowered levels... so hormone therapy might help turn things around.
