Switching out maxi-pads for bladder pads?! I need help dealing with leakage!
Ok so I am now switching out maxi-pads for bladder leakage pads?! I can’t do this. What is everyone doing for the unexpected leakage when you sneeze, laugh, cough, breathe??!!!

Try a pelvic floor physiotherapist. My ND recommended one local to me, and honestly it’s been a game-changer. I didn't even know they existed before! 0 -
I totally get where you’re coming from - I’ve been there too! I’ve been following the Vagina Coach (Kim) online and just finished her Muff Buff course. I used to wake up several times a night to use the bathroom, but now I’m getting about 7 hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep. It’s made a big difference for me! 0 -
My colleague just told me about her. I’m really interested in the Muff Buff course because I’ve had it with always wearing leakproof panties. How long until you noticed results? 0 -
I’d Talk to your clinician about this one. I know many of my friends accept this as a perimenopause right of passage, but our bladders and urethras are super estrogen-sensitive, and can weaken with lowered levels... so hormone therapy might help turn things around. 0
