Help please! My emotions are out of control.
Lately, I’ve been feeling super emotional. I cry at the smallest things—TV shows, books, even a commercial! This isn’t me. Is anyone else feeling this way? What helps you stay grounded when emotions get out of control?

I’ve noticed the same thing. Meditation and mindfulness practices have been incredibly grounding for me. Breathing deeply helps me stay centered when emotions flare up. 0 -

This may sound ridiculous because it kind of is, but sometimes I schedule a good crying session to just get it all out haha 0
