    I’ve noticed the same thing. Meditation and mindfulness practices have been incredibly grounding for me. Breathing deeply helps me stay centered when emotions flare up.

    I’m just starting to experience this too! It’s so weird to feel out of control like this. I’ve been trying to talk it out with friends, and that helps.

    I feel you. I’ve been crying over kittens on Instagram! I try grounding myself with a walk in nature. The fresh air helps clear my head and reset my emotions.

    Girl, I cried at a toilet paper commercial the other day. My husband thinks I’ve lost it, but I just tell him, ‘It’s hormones, darling, deal with it!’

    I’ve been feeling extra emotional too. I try not to bottle it up, but I also remind myself to take breaks and not get overwhelmed

    This may sound ridiculous because it kind of is, but sometimes I schedule a good crying session to just get it all out haha
