Navigating anxiety during menopause
I didn’t expect menopause to come with anxiety! I’ve always been laid back, but now I find myself worrying about everything. Are there any relaxation techniques or supplements that have helped you manage anxiety during menopause?

I feel you! Anxiety showed up out of nowhere for me too. I’ve started doing mindfulness exercises—just focusing on the present moment and not in the past or future really helps ground me. 0 -
I’ve never been an anxious person, but now I overthink my grocery list! I’ve started deep breathing—inhale peace, exhale anxiety, and then remind myself it’s menopause. 0 -
I keep it simple—lavender essential oil and a few minutes of quiet time every morning. It doesn’t cure it all, but it helps me reset. 0 -
I use a lavender body lotion after my shower before bed, and let me tell you how it’s help turn down the hamster wheel in my head before sleeping. 0 -
CBD oil – I use Calyx…a couple drops under the tongue when I am overwhelmed…or driving with my husband…bad driver, parker, reverser! LOL 0 -
My ND, Brittany (love her) put me on magnesium when I talked to her about my anxiety! Game changer! 0 -
I never thought I’d worry so much about the house plants, but here I am! I started doing yoga, and while I’m still anxious, at least I can now touch my toes. 0 -
