Joint pain and fatigue menopause struggles
Menopause hit me hard with joint pain and fatigue. I was active all my life, and now I’m struggling just to get out of bed. Any advice from others who've been there? I’m looking for natural remedies to help me feel like myself again.

I’ve experienced similar joint pain, and I found that regular light exercise and incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and ginger into my diet helped. My Coach Karen is a nutritionist and has been supplying some great recipes! 0 -
Joint pain? Oh, menopause loves to throw a party with all the uninvited guests! I recommend trying some gentle stretching and maybe even a warm bath with Epsom salts. Also, consider a natural supplements – talk to Kandis the ND here – she put me on somethings that are working wonders for me—I can finally get out of bed without feeling like I’m 100 years old! 😂” 0 -

Do you notice if this worsens after eating any particular foods? If you think you have any trigger foods that upset your gut, I'd suggest cutting them out for a bit and seeing if it makes a difference. For me, ditching dairy really helped! My digestion took a hit during menopause and I could no longer tolerate foods that used to just bother me… and this inflammation really seemed to target my joints. 0 -
