Why is getting out of bed so hard?
I am finding it so difficult to get out of bed every morning. I used to be a jump out of bed in the morning full of energy and now I feel like I am hungover (have not drank any alcohol) with no want or energy to get out of bed....does anyone else experience this?

Not sure if you're a coffee drinker, but limiting my multiple coffees a day really helped my sleep quality… I had relentless fatigue and was running on caffeine all morning. I still fell asleep fine every night so I thought it wasn't impacting me, but I think it was minimizing my deep sleep. When I cut down, I noticed big sleep improvement within the week, and eventually my energy came back. Not a fun solution (sorry I know!), but maybe worth a shot? 0 -
Ugh, I feel you! It’s like my bed has turned into a black hole of comfort! I’ve started using a sunrise alarm clock to trick my body into thinking it’s time to wake up. Still takes effort, but at least it’s a bit brighter! 😂

I can relate to this feeling! It’s like waking up to a hangover without any fun the night before. Have you thought about what might be contributing to this? Stress? Diet? I’m looking for natural ways to boost my morning energy too, so any suggestions would be great! 0 -
Waking up like I’ve been hit by a truck? Yup, that’s menopause for you! I started trying herbal teas like ginger or green tea in the morning for a little kick. And let’s be real—some days, it’s all about giving yourself grace. We’ve got this! 💪 0
