Tell me about it!! I mean, I know I've gained weight, but I don't know if my belly is more fat or air at this point. I grow a gas baby throughout the day and can only fart at night. Doesn't matter what I eat! …My nutritionist keeps telling me I need to supplement stomach acid, but this sounds a bit sketchy to me, anyone tried it? 0 -
Probiotics! My NP put me on probiotics and I am finally experiencing a deflated balloon belly and going3 T to the bathroom daily 😉. 0 -
My ND suggested I start each day with drinking a glass of warm lemon water. I know, sounds simple. But i swear it’s been helping. On top of that, she also suggested bitter tinctures or foods around mealtimes. Haven’t tried these yet, not a fan of bitter foods, but might be worth a shot. Stuff like radishes, cabbage or broccoli sprouts 0 -
I get bouts of constipation which comes with bloating and sometimes pain, but recently was introduced to magnesium oxide supplements -they work wonders to turn things around! 0 -
Yes! I feel like I’ve been so bloated lately, I could float away! What’s helped me is cutting down on carbonated drinks and upping my fiber intake. Also, I’ve been taking probiotics, and they seem to make a difference too. You’re definitely not alone! 0 -
I haven’t had this symptom, but I’ve heard it’s really common. One of my friends found peppermint tea to be super helpful for her bloating. Maybe give that a try? 0 -
Ugh, I hear you! I cut out dairy, and that’s really helped with the gas and bloating. It was tough at first, but my stomach thanks me now. 0 -

Totally relate! I started taking digestive enzymes before meals, and that has helped a ton. And, weirdly enough, chewing slower makes a difference for me! 0 -
I feel like a human balloon some days! Haha. I’ve started doing yoga, and it’s helped with the bloating and discomfort. Plus, it’s a great way to de-stress too! 0 -
I can’t say I’ve had this problem, but it sounds like it’s so frustrating. I’ve read that cutting out artificial sweeteners might help. Have you tried that? 0 -
Something simple that doesn't require spending any money is trying to get into a rest and digest state before digging into your meal. I found a huge benefit by just taking 1 min before meals to do some box breathing and think about my food. I used to inhale my food, but this helps me slow down, chew, and give my gut a helping hand to break things down properly. Not rocket science, I know. But worth a shot if you haven't tried this! 0 -
