Amazon - can't find anywhere else that beats the prices!! I like Webber Naturals D3 + K2, and instead of collagen I usually just opt for a plant-based protein powder.

Costco always has sales, so I stock up every time they are on sale

My ND introduced me to Fullscript. I like that the recommendations are vetted by her and the shipping is always quick!

Healthy Planet and fullscript mostly. I LOVE fullscript. Healthy planet is a close second. As a general principal I am looking for supplements that are 3rd party tested and have the GMP stamp of approval. (good manufacturing practices). This let’s me know that what is written on the label is what’s in the product and they follow safety and clean standards. Not all companies do this- general rule, if super cheap- unlikely as the testing and gmp does cost money (but saves you down the road in terms of getting quality product that will likely work better for you). As a general philosophy Id stay away from kirkland, life brand etc. If you don’t want to pay for professional line products, brands like now, natural factors, and canprev are good bets.

I tend to get my supplements form a local health food store that has some of my favourite professional grade products, or on iHerb’s website (they have really great clean personal care product brands too 😉)

Yes, the local stores are amazing! I always learn something new if I go in and ask questions. The staff usually seem incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help.
